We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist – Event Tech with proven experience in the GCC region. This role involves driving sales, building lasting relationships with clients, and delivering tailored event technology solutions to meet their needs. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence in the GCC and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the event technology sector across the GCC region.
- Build and nurture relationships with event organizers, venues, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the event tech industry.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- 3-5+ years of proven sales experience in the event technology or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market and experience in working within the region is a must.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present complex tech solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong network within the GCC event industry, including connections with key decision-makers.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of event management platforms, virtual/hybrid event tools, or related technologies.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English and Arabic) are a plus.
